Nvs 5400m Drivers For Mac
Hi, I have a T430 running Windows 7 SP1, with an Intel HD Graphics 4000 / NVIDIA NVS 5400M. A while back, an NVIDIA Optimus driver was offered for it via the Lenovo System Update utility. However, when updating to this driver, there are some drawbacks.

The Intel HD Graphics 4000 updated driver is fine. The NVIDIA NVS 5400M driver update of v382.99 is causing some issues: 1. There is nearly a 10s black screen hang from the time the OS loads to the login screen, where nothing happens. NView is available on this version, though the NVIDIA Control Panel won't open.

I have tried to DDU both Intel and NVIDIA drivers and cleanly install it again but the same issue occurs. I decided to DDU the NVIDIA driver only now and installed the previous one (installation still exists on the drive, as part of the preloaded build), in order to keep the updated Intel driver. Time out free 2037 for mac. Perhaps the hardware (NVIDIA part) is just not fully compatible with this version, or perhaps the combination of Windows 7 SP1 and the driver together? I have also tried the driver on Windows update, which is newer but suffering from the same symptoms. Seems like i'm doomed to remain on the NVIDIA v345.35 released back in 2015. Anyone else faced the same issue?

Hmm this is the driver that is returning as latest from NVIDIA website for the respective hardware. However, not very keane on installing drivers that are not coming from Lenovo certified testing. The driver coming from Windows Update that i have also tried is 389.08, and as i already mentioned, tried DDU for both the one from Lenovo System Update and Windows Update, both resulting in the same issues.

You dont seem to have the same exact setup as me though. Have you expirienced issues with previous drivers that this one have fixed?
