Shiro Wa54-u Wireless Usb Drivers For Mac

Does anyone know of a cheap brand/model of usb wifi card that does not require drivers to be installed that will just play and play (with Windows 7 at least)? I do a lot of OS installs and it's a pain when you need to install ethernet/wifi drivers which means downloading them on another computer, transferring to usb drive and then installing. An983b driver for mac. A 'universal' usb wifi card that I could plug in and download the required drivers is all I would need it for, I don't care about speed (G would be fine). If it would at least work with Windows 7 with no driver since that seems to be the majority of installs at the moment.
